Anyone know of this place? It's on Rt 125.

I think I'll be in the area this weekend, moving things into storage, and I'm trying to save on hotel rooms since we will be staying in them quite often between now and December, when we move. This motel quoted me $55 for two people on Sat. night. That's considerably less than any other hotel I've found, and that usually isn't a good thing - but I was just wondering if anyone's been past this place or if it has a reputation of being nasty ... ?

If anyone can recommend a hotel in the dover/portsmouth area that is under $100, preferable under $75, I'm all ears! I did find the days inn in kittery to be $70 or so, which is the next best price I've seen.

Are there any values in the rye/hampton area now that the season's basically over?

The Riviera has a lot of people that live there full time.

You could check the Anchorage Inn also in Rochester. They are in the midst of the highway construction at exit 12 on Route 16. As a result, they may have discounted their rates and they were cheap to begin with.

Stay away from the Riviera would be my tip.......Anchorage Inn is right down the street and is a better bet, I would say!

Thanks everyone - I had a feeling riviera was a "get what you pay for" kind of place, but I thought I'd double check. I'll look into the anchorage!
