I've received a brochure in the mail about these. They do look nice. The only I think i dont like about the area is that there is no real retail/restaurants nearby.

I agree but it looks like they are really building up the area.... I was pretty impressed when I saw it.... Anyone else buy the Fairmont Model in any other community and have an opinion on the house?

We are considering this community as well. The interior looks really nice and they seem to be selling a lot. Anyone else considering this community or used their mortgage Co. NVR?

They knocked down the price a little on the Fairmont Grande if you use their mortgage company... Anyone have any feedback on NVR?

FYI - you can get a single family home in swedesboro, woolwich, or logan for $250k - $300k. It's a nice area, lots of young families. Some good restaurants in downtown swedesboro.

No I bought an older condo in the MtLaurel/Marlton area. The townhomes in Swedesboro did look nice tho and were affordable but the area isn't built up enough for me yet lol. I enjoy shopping at Wegmans, Trader Joe's, and having a lot of dining options around.

Good luck down there though.....when can you move in? Do you know when the entire development will be complete?
