Hello, i was wondering about the current state of Iselin New Jersey. Last I heard it was mainly Indian, but from what i've seen its only half or less. Are the Indians still moving in or are they moving out? Thanks
I lived in Iselin for 15 years and yes there are lots of Indians and many others nationalities but they are by and large very family orientated and hard working. You can get a good deal on a house there but do not buy too close to the town as there is lots of traffic and noise and parking problems. Upper Correja is a nice area to live.
My parents live in Iselin, and gosh! The indians took that place over. When I go into their stores, they look at me like I stink. When I ask for something its like I am not welcome. It makes me very uncomfortable. It seems that you should be wearing slippers and a turban to be accepted in that community. For the most part I don't pay them any mind.
ok... it seems same as the day before... so i think the my answer is it is not growing although it is not shrinking also !

Once again whats wrong with Indian ppl , this country seems to have a problem accepting New Cultures.
