Hello,

I have recently started to look at some homes, i a first time buyer and it is the first time i am looking for houses.

mostly would like to stay in zip code 08820, was looking for 2-3 bedrooms, between 275 and 350 k, I have already contacted the agents.

the response from agents that i getting is mostly the availability is in Westgate located off the Inman ave, and it seems like they have more than 10 townhome available in Westgate at this time.

does anyone know why so many townhome are available in Westgate, is this kind of inventory normal for Westgate ?

I just find it a little strange, anyone can give me input on what is going on in Westgate ?

Regards
