Nice, but not too expensive motel or hotel at Cape May... (West Cape May: hotels, family friendly)

Looking for a family friendly motel/hotel/inn for a few days at Cape May. Any good suggestions? We would prefer not to spend too much money. Ideally, it would be on or very close to the water, with a pool, but that's not a deal breaker. This would be for a couple and 10yo child. Thank you.

This one's in West Cape May. My brother stayed here in one of the efficiency units for the winter one years while he was doing renovation work in one of the fancier hotels on the beach. I brought his daughter down to visit him a couple of times. I remember it being pretty clean.

The birders who descend upon Cape May every spring were staying there.
