Hi... any of you from verona new jersey? See, I' was writing a story in leisure...that takes place in NJ, and I "made up" the town of Verona,.... and then today, I've discovered that it actually exists! I'm so excited... so If you live there or go there often.... post here and tell me about it. I'm trying to gather as much information and town pics as I possibly can in hopes that my Verona is something like the Verona that actually exists... otherwise, sadly, ill have to move my setting out of jersey.

I live in Verona. Moved here 2 years ago. It's a nice little town...great park with a lake, very good schools, nice middle class neighborhood.

Of course, taxes are outrageous. And, my husband and I are sick of the high cost of living.... So... we are thinking of relocating to NC, which would allow me to be a stay at home mom.

But, Verona is a nice town. Of couse, NJ's ridiculous taxes and high cost of living are making in nearly impossible for young people to stick around!
