Default barnegat is a ghetto????

Ha Ha we are considering to NJ and i asked many to recommend some nice areas, a while back many told me to stay far away from Barnegat NJ, they said crime is rising and the High school isnt so great, but my friends in NJ said Barnegat is building up.

I cant find the post, but some time ago somebody did say that the taxes are going to go up pretty high in Barnegat because theres not much business there to pay for whats needed for schools, parks & so on.

Again I dont live there thats just a little what i heard.

I wrote about the lack of businesses resulting in high taxes because so many people are moving to barnegat and with few resources to pay taxes for the city's needs, schools, etc...the people are taking the brunt of the costs through their taxes. Wow, what a long run on sentence! Sorry. But it is not Ghetto at all.

Default taxes

Hey i just PM'd you! Ha! Thats funny that it was you that i heard about the tax thing, but that wasnt recent.

Well i hope the Manahwakin taxes and Barnegat taxes dont get out of control like they did on Long Island where i came from, its insane there. My inlaws pay like 11,000 a year, some pay 14,000. And those are not huge homes.

It must be one of those "urban myths". I have also heard that Barnaget has a small 4 block ghetto.

Oh Okay, i just hear alot that Barnegat is a bad town. Like "Barneghetto" and i also heard that the ppl who live there are called "Barnegutters", but I dont use those phrases.

I did hear about drugs in Settlers Landing & I heard about lots of vandalism && stuff like that in Pebble Beach. Theyre building new parts of settlers (khov, ryan homes, etc.) which looks nice & ocean acres, too. Ocean acres looks like a bad area (its getting nicer with the new houses) but i hear its a great neighborhood, so i guess i may be wrong.

Ive also heard about alot of houses burning down in settlerrs, idk if thats just from the way theyre built or just arsons?

Im not sure about the high school being bad, as its new, maybe your talking about southern?
