I used to work for verizon wireless in NJ, and left last year for another job. I was wondering for those former employee, where should I get my last year w-2 form? is it going to be in the mail? or is there a number or website I can go to to request a copy of my veriozn wireless w-2?
I do not want to contact the company's HR for personal reason.
Just note that they do not legally have to mail them out or hand them out until the end of the month. As long as you are at the same address, you will get it in the mail.
Yea legally they have until the end of January to provide W2s. If you are using turbo tax you might be able to pull your W2 online if its available. I think you need your Employer's Tax ID, Your Gross Income and SS# to get it.
P.S. Off Topic but since we are talking about Verizon Wireless, what is the chance of me getting an early upgrade? I'm due in late February, but my Omnia is driving me nuts. Just thought I would ask as I was planning on heading over to the store and wanted to know if I was just wasting my time.

You might have a decent shot if you are signing another two year deal. I'm only halfway through my current contract and they have been sending me offers to upgrade. It's at least worth a shot.
if you are a current employee they have a website where you can obtain W2 info but unfortunately for former employees they make you wait and mail it to you at the end of the month in January...smh
Hopefully he got it by now since it's been a year.
