This is bothering the hell out of me why would you sit online for gas when you have enough to last a normal week? There are some out there that are looking for it that need it!

They don't need it? Yes you are correct.
They are selling it online from Craigslist and other sites for sky high prices. They are making a huge profit.
It's no different than when Apple comes out with a new product. People buy all they can creating a shortage and benefiting from the huge mark-up to get the latest and greatest.
Sad though when you take advantage of people who need gas vs Apple and people who want their latest iToys.
If those who didn't need it didn't get it there would be no long lines everything would be pretty normal the ONLY lines there should be are the ones who need it for generators.

Let the morons be morons. Things will go back to normal very very shortly. I think starting Monday we will see smaller and smaller lines. Actually think price will come back down very quickly because we will have a a huge surplus of gas in the NE.

In what world is "normal" having only people get gas that need it for generators? Plenty of people don't get paid if they don't go to work.
