Del Webb Community River Pointe Manchester Township (Lakehurst: engineering, county)

Has anyone visited this Del Webb community in Manchester Township, Ocean County?

It appears to have had a Naval Air Engineering Center on the land. Is there still noise from planes flying out of the Lakehurst Naval Air Station? I haven't been there in a long time, so any insights would be appreciated.

Anything near the base will have some noise.

Not sure but that could be the development in Manchester where you can actually see the 2 blimp hangers from your home.

Another reason to look somewhere else.
