The development was build late 50's.

Some of the houses have been kept up and others are still back in the 50's.

Depending upon where in Madison Park, you could be pretty close to the old Dupont Plant in Parlin. Not a place I would pick to move to.

I realize that you're looking in Old Bridge, but depending upon your budget, better off looking in Sayrewood South or better yet..east of Route 9.

Even though I recently moved out of Old Bridge I was there for a long time and know the town pretty good.

Madison Park is even closer to the superfund site than Green Valley (in Sayreville) mentioned in the other thread.

Look at Sayre Woods South or the Arbors to start.
