I do not want to go all the way to Maryland for this out of this world, amazing, delicious, heavenly treat that they have, so I will settle for the next best thing, but where would that be??? (eastern Pennsylvania and Long Island could be included also, but it would not be as ideal)

Your kidding, Waffle House, we have them all over the South. Went one time and will never go again. Seems to be the go to place for sobering up drunks.
I only recently found out--on CD--that there are actually places out there named "Waffle House". Someone mentioned one and I thought it was an amusing concept to name a restaurant after something like waffles. Then I found out there are more than one! I think it's a chain.
I can't remember the last time I ate a waffle. We used to put them in the toaster when I was a kid and then make an ice cream sandwich out of them. I've seen Belgian waffles at diners, but I've never had one.
Not really anything like Waffle house, but in terms of good greasy breakfast, dining out in NNJ i think it's pretty good.
I mean if you really wanted the closest thing to Waffle house, it's probably Dennys or IHOP.
