On 12/3/12, looks like there were 6 women in NJ's county jails for sex offenses.
With an average daily population of 15,000, and a capacity of 18,500, looks like there are about 19% empty beds, on a daily basis.

I'm as liberal as they come, but if the police can not do their jobs, then we should be allowed to protect ourselves.
The Supreme Court ruled some time ago the the police are not there to prevent crime and are not legally obligated to prevent citizens from being crime victims.
