What about Watson Ave.? It is the one connects to Claire Ave. I just signed a contract in one of the houses in Watson. When we looked at houses in that area, we did not see anything wrong with the neighborhood, per se. However, you mentioned that it is not the "best" part of Woodbridge. I have an 8 year old daughter, safety is very important for us. Can you tell me something that my wife and I should be aware of?

It's not like you have to be worried about wearing a flak jacket in the house- it's just not one of the higher-end areas of town. It's convenient to downtown and to mass transit, and is likely filled with nice, working class folks.
