This was in Mercer County. She only does a few towns in Mercer, maybe Middlesex County. Any realtor should be the same, the tenant not paying the fee. Phone a few local realtors & ask.

Large apartment complexes or buildings usually have their own management offices where you might be able to apply directly. For instance, the Avalon developments (they're all over NJ) have their own offices where you can apply for an apt.

In Northern New Jersey, when a rental listing is listed on the Multiple Listing Service, in almost all cases the tenant pays the realtor fee. Best bet is to search for apartment complexes and go their leasing office direct. Many times those apartments are not listed on the MLS.

this. go straight to the apt complex websites. Craigslist has always been fairly reliable for me however.
