Anyone know of a reputable Flat Fee MLS service in Maryland? I've done a search of the www and there's just too many to choose from. Some of which looked like someone just got up one morning and decided to put together their own broker.

No, unfortunately not. The website just seemed more professional than the other ones I've found. If you aren't selling immediately I'll may use it and can give you feedback in the next 2-3 weeks. I liked all the services you get with the platinum service as it is basically everything a realtor does except for determining market value of your home.
