I'm looking to move out. I currently work a full time job and take home 2,086 a week after taxes. I just got a job that pays min wage and will be working 15 to 20 hours a week. I will probably take home total between both jobs 2500 a month. Would I be able to afford rent that's 925 a month?

What?
You're making ~$150k, and are asking if you can afford rent under $1k. Is this a troll post? Also why are you going to be working another job for minimum wage?

OP you need to add up all your monthly expenses then make a determination whether you want to live $$ on the edge or not on that take home pay per month.
Also you need to correct the "a week after taxes" I know you meant a month after taxes.
Your rent should be about 1/4 of your income~so hypothetically speaking for $925 rent you would need to be making $3700 a month. Some economists say you can stretch it from 25% to 35% if you have NO other debt or loans, and/or if utilities are included in your rent, and not being paid in addition to rent.
Another question that the OP needs to ask himself/herself is... Is that $925 per month apartment located in a safe neighborhood?
That amount for monthly rent is extremely low for NJ, and because location is the prime factor with all housing costs, I suspect that the apartment in question is located in a very dicey area.
