read this! make a list of pros and cons. if the cons outweigh the pros, then think of making your home somewhere else. i did it myself. but i still miss home.

The taxes are high, property values are high. But that didnt stop me from buying a townhouse this month. My family and friends are here, and I love the seasons. It doesnt matter what Im in the mood for, mountains, beach, NYC its all here. And some of the best food in the country too.

Likes - Proximity to NYC; great pizza; great bagels; good schools; all the pro sports you can take
Dislikes - taxes; cost of living; traffic; politicians; crime (the last two are redundant)

When you live in Moorestown, there's a lot to like about NJ. But the problems are chronic for the State as a whole - property taxes, traffic, housing affordability, overcrowding, etc., continue to intrude. I've been to all four corners of the state including the beautiful nature of Sussex County, NYC and down the shore and I can tell you it is tremendously diverse. NJ has something for everyone from horse farms to the most urban areas in the country. I personally like Burlington County as the best quality of life in the state with easy access to major cities.

I like ..... the jersey shore the boarwalks ,AC is nice beach ,slots, shows, great adventure and the history in NJ is always good know also the mountains, ski resorts, water parks, The different kinds of food is a good topping to it all with family and friends. also close to NYC for a different change of pace.
I do dislike .... higher car insurance then most people but we have alot of other things most don't so its all good .
