As if the current bitter cold is not miserable enough, the weather experts are not entirely sure yet, but we may have a major snowstorm heading our way Friday and Saturday. It could be a mess!

Well, its winter, and honestly it has been a moderate one so far. A bunch of snowstorms are normal and expected this time of the year.

This is NJ, sometimes it snows, it's winter time. I usually tell people if you don't like it move. You could go to Fla, put up with heat and humidity 9 mos. out of the year. Or Arizona with "dry heat" and hardly any water. Or California, and the ground shakes occasionally. At least we get warnings ahead of storms, and unless the power goes out, you can sit home, warm and snug, and look at the winter wonderland. It's only about 8 weeks till spring.

Although I hate the cold and snow, I must admit we have been lucky so far this year. I remember last year's big blizzard that turned out to be absolutely nothing. I'm not saying that will happen this time, but I think it's too soon to tell. It's certainly cold enough out there. Now we just need to wait and see.

They've upped the possible snow accumulation since yesterday. It's now 5 to 8 inches on Saturday.

Totally repping you on this. We have been rather spoiled. We can handle a snow storm.

Next time some of you are complaining about the excessive heat in the summer, I 'm going to tell you to just deal with or move to Antartica
