The methodoligy is terrible. Household income is one of the strongest indicators of a town's desirablility
Agreed, and one of the major changes for Money in their rankings was more emphasis on housing affordability which, again, throws some hot water on what can really be considered 'desirable'. Affordable places often aren't desirable. You take this stuff with major grains of salt.
Wow!!! I took a real quick glance and couldn't believe that East Newark, Secaucas and
South Bound Brook), beat out towns such as Harding, Chester, and etc... Remember publications such as NJ Montly are "paid" by their advertisers...hmm would I rather live in Newark or Harding?????
Oh My what are is the judging based on. Upper Saddle River is 549 out 566.... What?
Little Ferry is number 35, Woodridge is 39 and Teterboro which is one Giant Aiport is 46... I don't think so.
I guess Teterboro recieved it's high ranking for having the convience of being able to land your plane in your driveway!!! LOL
Why didn't they just list best place to live as the Newark Airport. It's conviently located to NYC, already at the airport, convient train access(as it has the train actually going through it), parking, resterants, and public bathrooms!!!LOL It's gotta be a joke..it certainly make me laugh!
OMG East Newark is an absolute sh*thole. That's amazing.
