Hi everyone,

I'm considering moving into an apartment in North Court- small 3 story building in North Elizabeth. I've never lived in a building before and am a bit paranoid about it... Checked out the high rise next door first (on right of it) and found out from the neighbors it had a "controlled" roach problem. I then asked a tenant in North Court who said great things about it but was wondering if anyone knew anything else about it. All appreciated... THANKS!!

Cant say I know the building but if you tell me the cross streets I can giv you my opinion on the area. I grew up in Elizabeth so I know it fairly well. As do some others here.

thks... its between cross ave and a small other- it's a small brick building between the few high rises on North ave- the area seems okay- I used to live there growing up (westminster) and the train station is right there. I was just curious if anyone knew about the actual bldg itself-- i.e. neighbors, pests (critters!) etc... thanks for your help!!

Don't know the building, but it's located in one of the better areas of Elizabeth. Close to the train station, a decent amount of young professionals moving in (damn, I'm starting to sound like JStar).

LOL.. but it's true.. more and more young professionals are moving into the area.. all buildings are inspected regularly and must meet code regulations.. if pests are an issue other tenants would have complained to the city already.. you should be ok..
