Police works 12 months. How many months teacher works.

I understand why we have summer break but we no longer live on farms. We should be teaching our kids all years long and then we can talk about paying teacher more. In fact we should pay good teachers more and fire the bad teachers.

How should they be fired? Should their manager document they are a bad teacher or just tell them to go away one day?

If you can provide the name and the school district of this one specific teacher, someone can probably provide the information that you desire.

I pretty sure my own parents can teach me, or any baby sitter they hired. My skills in reading, and writing come from myself. All the teachers did was sit there, and give out assignment. I learned by trial and error. Teachers all stank.

Most of the teachers are overpaid, and get way too many benefits in most of the middle to upper class towns. They aint doing any work. They are teaching the same thing over and over again. Giving the same lectures over and over again, giving out same test questions, and homework over and over again. They may tweak the questions, and homework a little bit, for most parts its the same.

Too boring a job.

Excellent rationalization!
Well, actually, it isn't anywhere near excellent, even though it is clearly a rationalization in regard to your academic... weaknesses...

I am not weak in academia. Its the academia that is too weak for me. I have never had any good teachers. I rather read the textbooks then listen to their drivel.
