I don't know if this link will work, but here is a house in Washington Twsp, Morris - on the market for $609K. This is a new development that is being hit hard by the "bust" - all houses in this development that are on the market are listed for less than the owners paid. Taxes are a hair under $14K. If someone is looking for a nice home on not a lot of land (.57 acres), you can probably snag a really good deal here.
