Where in Aberdeen are you looking?

If it's a Levitt home then you should also check out Lakeridge in Old Bridge. Only a few minutes from Aberdeen, same style homes but larger.

Cliffside... right off of route 35. Know the area?

I love Levitt homes. I did not know there were any in NJ. My uncle has one..in LI. The house we decided on and made on offer on was the cute little cape in Aberdeen. The house is smaller, but we loved the area and the street that it was on. Does anyone have an "thoughts" on Aberdeen?

Go for Aberdeen instead of Keansburg.

Rule of thumb in buying:

Buy the WORST house in the BEST neighborhood! Not the other way around!

Good luck!
