The reserve at woodheven oldbridge nj (Old Bridge, Matawan: house, contractor, taxes)

Hi guys,

We bought a plot in old bridge, the reserve at woodheven, new housing community by hallmark. Is anyone bought a plot there? How was the experience with sub contractor?? I heard they ate very expensive... also looking for neighbors...,give us suggestions...thanks!

I would pass.

Mind you I lived in Old Bridge for 27 years bordering Matawan and 700k for South Old Bridge is nuts. Taxes should also be easily over 10k. My old house which is now worth 425k are paying 9k in taxes.

Isn’t it too late now, since you’ve bought the lot? You’re kind of stuck with the price of the sub now. Good luck!
