My friend sold theirs for $200k over asking. I don’t know how common that much is, but it’s happening. Same thing happened when we lived there. House across the street went for $200k over asking. It’s a very coveted place to live.

My friend in Middletown got $30k over, and that's a hotspot from SI and Brooklyn refugees.
