There’s a new construction house around the block from me, asking $930k. Down from $960k. This is Sayreville, a good part of it, but certainly not even the best part of town. If they get anything close to $900k my jaw will break from dropping so fast.

Replacing a septic is more to the tune of anywhere from $25K and up depending on size. A friend just sold her house in Lk Hopatcong, it needed a new septic, she had to leave $50K in escrow to cover that to get the deal closed

Unfortunately, $23k per year according to the listing. At reassessment it will probably be closer to $30k.
