Lately I have been wondering if crime is higher than thought in Edgewater or maybe it's going through a crime wave?

There are many nice developments there that may give a false sense of safety because they look nice and new.

Are these three stories exceptions or there is something to the crime in Edgewater? If there is a crime wave, is it limited to this town or includes several towns in the area?

A $350k watch was likely a targeted attack. A lot of Asians in Edgewater probably means more targets for gold/jewelry theft. What are demographics for those committing the atrocities?

Edgewater is safe. However, if you walk around with a Richard Mille you’re bound to get robbed wherever you are. Those watches are for people with security.

I have no idea what the statistics say (and they can always be skewed, distorted, etc.) -- but I think Edgewater is safe. Some would say very safe.
