The geezer over the cult leader. The Cult of Obama reminds me of the Cult of Doom from the first Conan movie. That and experience.
Not overly happy with either. I think so far of all Id like to see Bobby Jindal as pres. Bonus we could just hook 2 wires up to his brain and solve all energy problems.
Other reason: Divided government keeps either party's wingnuts from getting their hard left/right wing stuff through.

+1. I don't think either will do a good job; I'm hoping in 2012 we have better options.
Totally agree...although I dont hold out hope for 2012, its the two party system at this point that really limits us.
300+ million people in the country and the best we can do is 2 parties and 2 candidates to pick from. Even counting the primaries, by the time you get to the later states, you still dont have many options.

Neither. I will be voting by writing in someone who actually cares about Americans and America's sovereignty. I have a few people in mind but have not fully made up my mind yet. I just cannot vote for Obama or McCain.
I think people like to "romanticize" (for lack of a better term) Obama to the likes of MLK or even JFK seem to forget that MLK was a leader who fought and got involved in the Civil Rights movements and was an activist that was in the trenches and who actually made a difference. Obama has not proven himself to be neither a leader nor an activist, at least not in the National Stage, to me he's a manufactured leader ala Manchurian Candidate. As far as McCain, his age is a concern but he's vastly more experienced than Obama and of course he's military record is impecable, but he's still falls short of the Ideal candidate in my eyes. But out of the 2 candidates, I choose McCain.
