I just got my JCP&L bill statement and it's $376. Seems like they have raised the rate, because usually is around $200. Oh Well, I guess we'll just have to go back to the frontier days when there was no electricity and heating was provided by firewood. Next thing will be the water utility bill and by then I'll just be taking baths and doing laundry by the lakes.

I had a feeling others would be chimming in when they got their bill this month! You finally get a break from the heating bills and then your electric bill comes in at ridiculous rates! I was just finally standing upright again from being bent over for the past 10 months by my propane company..now it's the electric companies turn to screw us!
