Default The Preserve in Matawan NJ
Does anyone know the area around these new condos they're building in Matawan, NJ. Is it safe? How is the train station situation? Any advice?

Matawan is a nice little town but the property tax is high. There are plenty of restaurants and things to do around there & a short drive to parks (Holmdale) and the beaches. The train staion has a lot of "day labors" hanging around but it's safe to take the train there even at night. They offer daily and monthly parking and you'll have to apply for the monthly pass.

Press for a good deal there around 255 with all upgrades there

knowmewell-- Im sorry I may be having a hard time reading what you wrote- Did you suggest to press for a good deal of 255,000 with all upgrades??
