NO...Local, State and Federal taxing will continue to encourage large families : ) The more kids you have, the less taxes you have to pay. I feel we should be taxed on how many people live in a home. Example: Neighbor has 12 kids..we have none. We pay the same taxes but they have more dependent to write off = they pay less taxes and get more benefit.

That makes perfect sense. I thought I was the only one around here who thought pay as you go is the way it should work.

I believe thats how it was done in Scotland..tax by number of residents. It's was called a poll tax.... now they follow the American Way... value of the property. I like the old way and I think we should do the same

The problem begins when that family of 12 kids doesn't have the money to pay their taxes because supposedly they have 12 moufs to feed and don't have any extra $$. not that they ever heard of a technology called contraceptives anyhow.

oh well.... not my problem! We had 8 in our family and my parents worked their tails off to keep us fed and clothed. Can't afford em..then don't have em! Let the churches put then through school and maybe they'll start to agree that birth control is a good idea!

Probably not because once a company or government gets used to something, it is VERY hard to change that. Change is not made unless it is forced!

Yes lets not educated the children of your state so in 30 years the whole state will be double screwed. I mean you are going to pay taxes for schools no matter where you go and when you have kids you will appriceate the education they are being given.
