Im a guy in his 30's and i am interested in a townhome in the $170,000 range. I saw a few in Monroe Twp on realtor.com but they seem to be for the 55+ crowd. Are there any townhouses for young people my age in Monroe?

Monroe only has one townhome community called Monroe Manor built by Hallmark Homes and they are new and are going for 300+. Are you familiar with Quail Run in Jamesburg? It's a great small community of townhomes under 200k. Usually in Central NJ, you can only get condos for under 200 so they are a great deal and really nice.
