I will obviously going to college but let's say I do not choose to dorm or choose to keep staying at my house. is it possible for my parents to be extremely nice enough to buy me a house or an apartment room in bergen county

Yes. If you have enough money.

Try to think about your question a bit more, this is impossible to give you anything meaningful if you do not say where, what you need, what you can spend, etc etc.

If your parents are rich, sure they can buy you a house, but I think you need to think this through a bit more first.

They can buy you a house. But that is going to be part of their lifetime gift limit that they can give to you tax free in their lifetime. Once that is exceeded, tax will have to be paid.

Don't bother asking them -- I already spoke to them and they told me that, in fact, it is not possible.

But on the bright side, they also told me you're having pizza for dinner tonight. Yum!

Yes, I'm sure they'll buy you a nice big house. Probably much nicer than the one you're living in together, because they love you so much!
