Default Appeal Assessed Property Value
Has anyone done it before in Bergen County? Is the court reasonable and fair? I am trying to be as prepared as possible but based on my previous experience with the government, I am not very optimistic. Anyway, I am going next week so any suggestions or recommendation would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hey, I'm going in 2 weeks in Morris County as well and was wondering the same thing!!

I'm not really sure what to bring. I have numbers and statistics, but do I need photos, surveys, anything like that?
