Sometimes those sign up fees are what really kills you but will keep you posted on what I find or decide, so other people can find this useful too.

I used to work at RWJ fitness center, it's a great place.

The Hamilton Fitness Center on Youngs was very briefly a Gold's Gym, but no more. They don't have a pool.

I also used to belong to the Hamilton Y on Hamilton-Mercerville Road. It was pretty nice, but since then they really renovated. So that actually may be your best option.
