I basically went everywhere today in most of the NJ Gold Coast & Ironbound. Explored some areas , users said were dirty and what did i find. It was false and lies. Surprisingly , more things are opening up and selling in the Ironbound section then anywhere else i have been. With the except of Hoboken which has = growth rates. Hoboken is almost done growing form what i can see , and the selling rate isn't as fast as neighboring communities like JC Heights or Weehawken. I would say the city has used up 75% of its land , the western side is still most Industrial except for a few places. What i mean by Hoboken status is Urban Renewal and land usage.
Up next : Ironbound part 2 , Journal Square , Little India , Five Corners
I hope you enjoyed.
Very nice pictures, to me the Ironbound is nice, but (can't believe I'm about to say this) too many strip clubs/go go bars. IMO Edgewater is growing faster than all of them, not really urban, but things are getting built like crazy.
Dorian, Ironbound to many strip clubs/go go bars, I live in the Ironbound and count just one on Ferry st sounds to me like you have not walked down Ferry st in a long time !

There is more than just one. There are some that you would never know are go go's until you go in them, probably because nobody in there speaks English all Portuguese.
There is just one on Ferry st I have walked up and down Ferry st a thousand times ! Please stop painting the wrong picture about Ferry st,the pictures Nexis put up show Ferry st for the most part.

All but the last 5 pictures were taken on Ferry Street. I didn't see any of that , but if there is its near the Ferry Street / Raymond Boulevard area where all the Truck stops and warehouses are.

Bayonne looks like a nice little city but living here is a whole different ballgame as I have unfortunately found out in the last 8-9 months. I wish I was wrong, I really, really wish I was wrong.
