States and politics...why not for ea. state.
I think it is appropriate to have each state have there own thread re politics...
The General Thread re politics is difficult for someone to search re their own state.
I was just trying to get a "heart beat" on New Mexico and the views of its citizens.
HW...Happy trails,

I second that! I recently posted a Poll for New Mex resident on the Presidential Election. It was abruptly closed down, with no explanation. My interest in this is that i'm leaning towards making a trip to new mex to register new voters in your beautiful state. i am not able to find the opinions of new mexicans on the "politics" thread at all. however, i am proud to say that the poll that i started on the texas thread is still going strong. i guess that we texans still believe in the right to free speech.

I too like the idea of a state political forum, but as for your coming to NM to register voters, guess what? Both parties are quite able to this on their own. We lived in NM for many years, every election year both the republicans and democrats had plently people doing the job, including ACORN, but that is a different story.
