Default Pintada Kid On Racers And Boomers

When im out hiking and i run into a Red Racer or a Mountain Boomer i leave them alone. These two Creatures if you bother them or even throw a rock at them will come after you. The Red Racers are very protective of their Nests and arent called Racers for nothing and Mountain Boomers are very fast when they run on their Hind legs. Class Dismissed... el pintada kid

A Mountain Boomer is actually a Collared Lizard.

Default Mountain Boomers and Red Racers

The Old People use to tell me stories of being chased by these Big Lizards called Escupiones. Some of the Stories were about Red Racers that would whip a person or an animal if they ever came into their Area. KID TIP...In some areas of the Mountains that i go into there are Indian Writings with Big rattlesnake drawings that depict Rattlesnakes as being 10 or more feet long comparing them to the Deer they are about to bite. p.s. The old people use to tell me that those big Rattlers could swallow a Goat and they called them Vivorones. el pintada kid
