Chaparral Utilities (to buy, moving, propane)

I'm going to buy a fixer-upper in Chaparral, just across the Otero county line. I don't know where to go to find out about utilities; water, telephone, cable, internet, garbage, etc. Can anyone give me contact info for these?

Well, recently they got gas lines on most of the streets there, so I believe you contact El Paso Natural Gas.. or you'll need to get a propane dealer to fill yer tank. As for cable chaparral used to have its own cable company, or satalite is your only option. Water is El Paso Water utilities. So yeah what ever El Paso Utilities there are service that area.

There is a local cable company(505-824-4099). Water is from Colquitt Water (the developer who started the town). Electric is El Paso Electric. Propane is Cortez Propane.

Anyone know who the internet provider in Chaparral is? I will be moving down there in about a month or so.. thanks
