I am currently on the waiting list for affordable housing at 505 west 37th street. For many reasons, I get the feeling there is "funny business" going on with regards to how and to whom some of these apartments are awarded. I wanted to start this thread so for all who are on the waiting list and those who were denied can compare and contrast our experiences to hopefully shead some light on this situation.
I think there's something shady going on with the wait list at most of these buildings!
I didnt realize this building was still accepting apps for the wait list - how can I get on that list?
I've been on the waiting list since 2009. I finally got a letter last week. But the letter states only 2 studios are available. I also just started a new job last week and I'm a part time student. I hope I qualify.
Did anyone received a letter to be on waiting list from 03/09-04/13-2018 lottery?
