hey guys. I already moved in and I love my apartment. there are a few minor things that need to be fixed but other than that it is beautiful. I just wish they would finish all that construction soon. my only problem is that all public transportation is far and there are no supermarkets close but other than that im happy with my apartment.
Hello Vladez!!!! That's good news.!!! Well I went today and spoke with the agent on my case , she took me to see the studios, unfortunelly the space is to small for the things I have in my house, plus my queen size bed will take a big space . Now I get to clarify some stuff, and I let her know that I have somebody from the city investigating , so she told that the units are not available for new interviews, that the ones that are set , with delays is ours , . Now she show me my file where she explain why I havent sign a lease yet. The city send to her a cleared letter for my qualification, and the one that she needs is the approval letter, with this been said , I'm still approve by mouth!!!!!! Now guess who i am going to jump now??? THE CITY!!!!!! It itchs and scratch . But I made a final agreement with the agent, until next week. To get my paperwork , I sent my paystubes to Kobe and w2 form, for a developement at 42st. Sincerely the building is not finish, and is all dirty plus like you said , transportation and markets are in the other side . My conclution I m going to follow up with some other places to choose, my avrg income 31000 , that's good enough to make more moves!!
Ima bout to loose my mind and just forget this ****, I really don't understand why they made this so difficult I mean its not rocket science. Why do they have to play so many games
Its crazy guys. And I think what adds to the maddness is the fact that we cannot get any answers because people are not returning calls. If you have an answering machine, its because you want people to leave you messages so that you can return their calls at a conveinent time. If i am being transferred to your line, its because you are present and able to accept calls and messages. Why is it that I must continuously call and call and call and leave messages with you and you still can't return one call. This is sooooooooooooooooooooooooo frustrating!
ambitious-DAMM!..they denied you on that technicality??..that is so lame..by not filing your-taxes,,now if you did..then what?.yeah i'll appeal,but in essense you do have to file your taxes-EVERY-YEAR!..esspecially if you-worked.
thats just the thing. I didnt work in 2010. I lost my job in 2009 and i guess they owed me some money because they sent me a W2 for 2009 and 2010. So yesterday I went and filed my taxes but I dont even wanna go through it anymore. Ill just be prepared for the next one.
