My policy with Mitchell Lama Co-ops: if offered one, TAKE IT...you cannot lose. If offered another, pick and choose what is best for you.
With rentals, take it but probably do not think long term...the landlord will eventually, probably soon, take it private.

Hi, I'm new to applying to Mitchell-Lama building/process. Interested in York Hill building.
Can someone advise how to apply for the York Hill building? I googled application, but it's only showing Mitchell-Lama CO-OPs. I'm only interested in getting on a list for RENTING a York Hill studio apartment. thanks so much. L
