I signed a two year lease mely1429 cause I wanted to be here for a while , some people do a year cause saves money and your rent doesn't go up if I'm not mistaken.
I saw my unit today and I love it, the rooms are not that big and closets are not that big either. I have to downsize on some items but I'am grateful and happy with the place. The super arrived late and so I did not get a chance to take a lot of pictures but do have a few. Inbox me with an email address and I will forward if you like.
