I remember what I put. It was spot on.

I don't want to second guess, we have been waiting for 5 months. Let's just pray that this moves fast and we start hearing people are signing leases.

Well, if I can be ANY positive news tonight perhaps it's that they are MOVING FORWARD to some degree by bringing in new people like me? Fingers crossed for you all who have been waiting patiently for so long!

Under "income" on the application, how many jobs are we talking about here? Perhaps they just miscalculated the income due to the multiple jobs and when a supervisor got ahold of the log they calculated you correctly.

I only listed one part-time job and then freelance income. Doesn't seem like that could lead to miscalculations either. It was pretty straightforward:-)

Ok, well, just ask them I guess. One thing I do want to caution you about is that they are EXTREMELY strict with regard to income documentation, particularly with self-employment/freelance stuff. Make sure you are able to document every piece of income you are claiming.

Thank you. Yes, I've been working on that all week! I figured because I have income that comes from different sources they'd want to see it all! Appreciate the input!

I just rode passed the building but there is so much construction going on I couldn't see anything really well. Some of the wood boards on the 59th st side have been removed but the ones on the 60th st and in front of 1 WEA are still up. Moving in we will have to put up with a ton of work being done> but when it's finished it's going to be beautiful.

I would really like to know when we will start hearing about people getting lease signings. Or are we going to just be waiting months and months after submitting these updated docs?

My docs were due today so I think it's to early for me to ask any questions.
Hesnyc should be the first to hear those papers were due last Tuesday.
