There are no additional costs for amenities except for the parking and storage. You can also pay extra to reserve a grill.

To those that moved in, did you carpet or put rugs down? I inquired at the leasing office and was told if there were noise complaint then that's when it needed to be put down. Thanks.

The floors are really solid so no, I didn't put down a rug. I don't know about anyone else that has moved in but I don't even hear my foot steps it's that thick & I don't hear anyone else next to me. You do hear people in the hallway if you're standing by your front door but that's about it...

Hey, so I had my interview about two to three weeks ago. I have poor credit (low 5s). What are my chances for really getting this apt ? Do they ask for any deposits if you get the apt. If so how much ?

Default lottery

I received a log #4 on a waitlist for a housing lottery. I applied for this lottery in 2016. They finally notified me that I am #4 on a waitlist and I should be contacted in the next few months for an interview. Do you know how long this process will take? After I get an interview, is my application just going to be sitting in a pile until there's a vacant apartment?! I wonder how long that will take.
