Hey guys, so we sign the lease today they will explain everything with details, they were super nice and helpful and answered all of our questions, they are hoping to get the certificate by April 15 than we will be given the key and the date to move in. I won’t explain those things because I think is part of the beuty of this process when you finally get to sing what it feels like 50 pages lol I’m so happy for all of us.

Thank you guys, no I don’t mine lol I’m on the second floor, yes they are giving the right information lol and no we were the only ones there and it took around one hour with them and we didn’t have to wait they greeted us right away.

Thank you so much everyone, No they didn’t ask for anything and last time I send in documents was back in February, she did ask me if I had any program before scheduling, I think the process might’ve different for those with programs.
