They're most likely asking for paystubs again to make sure ppl still qualify. They never know if someone got their approval letter, thought they were in the clear and started working crazy overtime or quit their job

That actually might be the inspection to get the temp construction sign-off, hopefully it is, if they're telling you guys temp CO by the end of the month. I'm saying maybe it is, I'm not sure.
