I don't work for them, but I am in the industry, so I know how to read the DOB website. So I figured I would help you guys out a bit with understanding some of the language.

Good afternoon everyone, so I’m new to this but I have been reading everyone comments that they posted lol ... I got called for these apartments and went through my interview about two weeks ago ... roughly how long is this process before they send your file to the city ? I’m guessing everyone is different in timing but as we all know these lotteries can be a headache as well as the process .. when I received the email it stated that there was only 3 two bedroom apartments left for the one I qualify for sooo I know I MUST be on them ! I have a friend that got accepted for a low income in soho and everything only took about 3 weeks for her ...

Thanks on andvance

B-SCAN List of Required Items

Keep watching the list in the link for these 2 things to appear on it:

Temp plumbing sign off
Temp construction sign off

Once you see those two things appear on that list, then you guys will be getting TCO soon, or close to it.

Until you see those two things appear on that list, don't even think of a TCO, because you cant get a TCO without those 2 things.

Thats the truth.
