Has anyone heard anything from this project? I have not seen a thread related to this location. I received an email from them to submit my documents. My log number is 3XX. I submitted the documents about 2 weeks ago and I haven't heard anything yet so I'm just waiting. Also does anyone know about the area? Is it safe or not so good? Any info is welcomed

I applied and was approved for an apartment at this building. I went and looked at the building in August. They still had a ways to go. However, I heard back from management and the building seems to be on track to open in November. As for the area, not far from the train on Parsons blvd and Hillside Ave. You are also right there close to the bus terminal. The area is still being developed and next door there is a new building coming up as well. You could do a lot of worse in Jamaica, but it’s definitely a work in progress with the area.

I was also contacted for a re-rental. I submitted all of my documents and they told me I was eligible for the unit and emailed me to schedule a tour but I am not sure how this works.. do you happen to know your log number?
